Deadlift: 250×5, 295×5, 325×5. Felt nice and crisp.
Chins: 25×5, 50×5, 80×5, 50x5x2
Chins/Pull ups with Pause: BWx5x2
Preacher Hammer Curls: 12×12,12,20 (Very light due to a little aggravation in right arm)
Been neglecting squats and deadlifts too long. Gotta start building them back up.
Will be slowly adjusting the split. to have chins and dips on separate days. Might experiment with upper lower next week. Maybe spread 4 workouts over a 9 day week. Will play it by ear.
Recovery wise, I felt best with this split: squats and deads on Monday, Dips/Bench Wednesday, Chins and curls Friday. But I felt the volume was too low for optimal progress. But this was probably just me overthinking things.
