Street Lifting 6/18/26

Already off the previous program. Haha.

Here’s how today looked:

Chins: worked up to 90×3 (submax), 120×1 (submax), 60×8

Dips: 115×11 (rep PR), 80×15 (rep PR)

Seated OHP: 155×8/3/1 (Rest pause). I almost blacked out on the last rep. Very dumb with an overhead press. Wasn’t even that heavy. I just got dizzy.

KettleBell Hammer Curls: 55x8x3
