Here’s a snapshot of my training. Today was a volume day.

Chins 70×8,6,4,2
Dips 95x8x3
OHP 135x8x3
KB Hammer Strap Curls 55×6,6,8
Training felt good today. Started too heavy on chins as this block was supposed to be 3×8. I fatigue quickly w chins so I’ll probably just keep adding weight as long as I can hit that first set of 8. Once that fails, I will likely drop to 3×5-6. Same for dips.
My shoulders and triceps were fried from the dips and the pressing felt heavier than it should. Did the 1st set standing then the next two sitting.
The hammer curls are something I came up with to help improve grip strength and brachialis/brachioradialis hypertrophy. The straps and the swing of the weight adds extra difficulty. Will push these up to 3×10 then move over to the 70lb KB.
