5/3/1 for Street Lifting 7/1/26

Bodyweight 190s. Following a 531 style progression on most lifts.

This past cycle I followed the 3/5/1 wave. Next wave, I’ll probably just follow the OG program. I sometimes do back of sets or PR sets or Jokers. Currently just going by feel but this can be dangerous because I like going for a heavy single. Which over time grinds me into dust and just makes me feel weaker. You’d think I’d have learned by now.

Training Max: dips 150, chins 120, seated press 170.

Dips: 45×5, 75×3, 135×1, 150×1, 170×1 (PR). Then got greedy and went for 200. Silly.

Chins: 40×5, 75x 3, 105×5, 75×5

S. Press: 135×5, 145×3, 160×8

KB Hammer curls: 55×5, 70x5x2
