Dips: 100×16 (was hoping for 20 but definitely happy with this)

Chin: 75×5, 50×10

Seated Press: 145×10/4/2 (Rest Pause)

Rope Kettlebell Hammer Curls: 55×5, 70x3x3

Stiil working on the volume side of things but planning to get heavier soon.
