The Anti-Influencer Diet

Ever get sick of people telling you what to eat, when to wake up, when to stare into the sun?

Social media is full of people with all the right answers to all the wrong questions. Everyone should just shut up, stop asking questions, and do what they tell us.

I’m tired of the bullsh*t. Let’s call it for what it is….snake oil and fancy marketing. Bread and circus.

That’s why I’ve developed the anti-influencer diet. Guaranteed to lose more fat than your Chinese black market GLP-1.

Here it is…

Day 1:

Breakfast: 3 cups of coffee- black

Lunch: 3 cups of Coffee- black

Supper: water with a little bit of salt or maybe a beer

Day 2:

Repeat day 1 until desired results
