Ashwagandha may have a weird name, but it is awesome!
I use this supplement to help people with their anxiety, stress, and irritability. I have also used it to help naturally increase testosterone.
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen. Which is a fancy term for a natural substance that helps the body deal with stress.
Ashwagandha is an herb and has been shown to reduce cortisol levels, alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, and improve sleep quality.
It may also increase testosterone levels, support cognitive function, enhance muscle strength, and boost immune health. Additionally, it has antioxidant properties, which contribute to its potential benefits in reducing inflammation.
Although it is typically well tolerated, here are some possible side effects you should be aware of: upset stomach diarrhea, and drowsiness, especially at higher doses. It could also possibly affect the thyroid although this is very rare.
My Protocol:
I typically start with around 300mg once a day and then increase to twice a day if needed.

Always talk to your doctor before starting or stopping meds, including supplements.
Listen to your body. Eat healthy food. Exercise. Put yourself in alignment for healing!

You don’t have to take my word for it…
