Migraines suck!

And if you have chronic headaches, you’ve probably tried just about everything.

Well, here’s a dietary approach that has some science behind it:

  1. Reduce Omega 6
  2. Increase Omega 3

How do you do that?

Reduce your Omega 6s by cutting out seed oils such as soybean oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil. This isn’t just cooking oil. You’re going to find these toxins in most processed food. Just take a look at what’s in your bag of chips, chicken nuggets, and Oreos.

Increase your Omega 3s by eating more fish and grass fed beef. Although not quite the same as animal sources, you can also try chia seeds, flax seed, spinach and avocados.

Sounds simple I know. Stick with it for a few months and keep a migraine journal. Let me know if it helps.
