Okay, so blueberries are good for you…
Now what?
Here’s what I do…
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder. Add just enough water to make into pudding consistency. Add 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries and enjoy! (You can substitute the protein powder for Greek yogurt if you prefer).
Eat this 2 to 3 times per week. Maybe more, depending on your health issues.
