Tired of Low Carb Diets? (Live Long and Prosper with These Simple Oatmeal Recipes)

Low Carb diets are all the rage.

But it’s just not for me.

I eat carbs.

The problem is not carbohydrates.  The problem is when I try to drink my calories or eat a village worth of ice cream.  If I can keep those two things balanced, I do alright.

There are plenty of health benefits from eating a whole food, omnivore diet.  Just by cutting out the soda, sugar, and processed junk…you can make huge strides.

You don’t have to give up carbs.

The only thing you have to sacrifice…

is the flab.

By adding these oatmeal recipes to my routine I’ve had more energy, felt lighter, and just had an overall more positive outlook on life.

Try these recipes and let me know what you think.
