RIDE YOUR BIKE TO WORK???

I do weird things sometimes.

Like not drink coffee for 3 weeks. (just to see if I can)

Or get up at 5am every day to read, write, and meditate. (prior to working out)

Or sign up for a triathlon. (with only 6 weeks to train)

Or make strange videos of me running, riding my bike, doing handstands, walking around Nicaragua, or just talking.  (and then posting to Youtube for all the world to see just how weird I am)

Or ride my bike to work.

(21 miles from house to clinic. But the tanglefoot trail makes it easy.)
